Steve DeStefano ran 70 yards with a fumble for one TD and John
Scipione ran for the other. Matias Spahn kicked a 20-yard field goal to give the Devils an early 3-0 lead.
Hammonton, which has won four playoff championships, reaches the final in Group 3 for the first time.
Group 2: West Deptford 34, Pleasantville 0
QB Dominique Burrous had 135 yards of total offense but the
Greyhounds couldn't get into the end zone.

Mike Peteah threw a pair of touchdowns and freshman Richard
White scored twice. Andrew Clayton scored Spirit's TD.

Group 4: Eastern 14, Mainland 13
The Vikings scored with 1:11 left to take the lead, then blocked
Mainland's 42-yard field goal attempt with three seconds left. Dan Cappelluti scored one TD and passed
for the other.
Group 4: Cherokee 41, Vineland 13
Darren Ford scored his 16th TD & Alex Castillo hit Marcus Lee for
another but Cherokee notched the final 27 points of the game. The Clan was trying for the first playoff
win in its history.
Group 2: West Deptford 38, Buena 12
The Chiefs turned the ball over five times to undefeated West
Deptford which, under former Mainland star and St. Joseph coach Clyde Folsom, will next host
Pleasantville.
Group 2: Pleasantville 27, Sterling 19
Jonathan Williams scored twice as the Greyhounds moved out to
a 27-0 lead, then had to run out the clock as Sterling scored the next 19 points.
Parochial 2: Holy Spirit 47, DePaul 0
Andrew Clayton ran for 179 yards and scored three times to take the
CAL lead in scoring and Zach Luckett added two TDs as Spirit earned its first playoff victory since Ed
Byrnes' team won in 1991. The Spartans scored more points than any HSHS team in a playoff game.
Spirit will now face St. Joseph in the semi-finals at William Cappella Memorial Field in Hammonton.
Millville 13, Lenape 7
Rich Forman ran for one TD and Kyle Gandy passed to Tyrik Mackall
for the other.
Atlantic City 32, Williamstown 6
Rob Reynolds threw 2 TD passes and five different players scored
for the Vikings.
Clearview 20, Oakcrest 19
Ryan Staton scored all of the Falcons' points with two TD runs, a
TD catch from James Smalls and an extra point.

Tom Haferl hit Phil Clark with a 52-yard TD pass in the first quarter
to give Lower the early lead.

Group 4: Absegami 30, Toms River East 21
Ryan Goodman scored 2 TDs & passed for 2, including a 25-yarder
to Bill Sheppard late in the 4th quarter that sealed the win. It was Absegami's first-ever football playoff
victory.
Group 3: Hammonton 21, Pemberton 7
QB Joe Hiltwine ran for 83 yards and 2 TDs as the Blue Devils
scored 21 points in the fourth quarter for the win.
Woodrow Wilson 21, Ocean City 8
The Raiders threw 4 interceptions & had a punt blocked. Haneef
Anderson scored all 3 of Wilson's TDs. Jim Crowley threw a TD pass to J.R. Fenton for the OCHS
touchdown.
Winslow Township 41, Egg Harbor Township 8
Jeremiah Santiago scored the EHT touchdown after the Eagles
fell behind, 27-0.
Middle Township 24, Haddon Heights 12
Davon Edwards scored 3 times and Erich Wolf kicked a 25-yard
field goal.
St. Augustine 10, Monsignor Donovan 7 OT
Rich Ryan kicked a 19-yard field goal in overtime. Corey Jeffers
scored the Prep TD. Ryan is the CAL's only kicker with two field goals this year.

Mainland 32, Vineland 6
John Impagliazzo and Justin Cottrell each scored twice as
the Mustangs won the American Conference title and clinched the No. 1 seed in the Group 4
playoffs. It was Mainland's 17th straight win.
Egg Harbor Township 34, Oakcrest 14
Jeremiah Santiago scored three times, Pierre Reed rushed
for 127 yards and Joe Osvai passed for 114 as EHT kept its playoff hopes alive. Ryan Staton rushed
for 171 yards and two TDs for the Falcons.
Holy Spirit 14, Bridgeton 6
Andrew Clayton gained 107 yards and rallied the Spartans
from a 6-0 deficit. The win put Spirit in the playoffs for the 17th time after a one-year absence.
Pleasantville 18, Middle Township 7
Despite the absence of Jonathan Williams, the Greyhounds
gained 235 yards rushing and got TDs from three different players to qualify for the Group 2 playoffs
for the third straight year and seventh time overall.
Hammonton 34, Lower Cape May 8
Quarterback Joe Hiltwine ran for 160 yards and threw one TD.
Junior Jason Eickmeyer ran for 105 yards and 3 TDs.

Absegami 34, Atlantic City 14
Ryan Goodman scored one TD and threw for one in the first
half to help Gami establish the lead. The Braves qualified for the NJSIAA playoffs for third time, the
first time since 1992. This was Gami's first home win.
Millville 13, Ocean City 6
Rich Forman carried 39 times for 145 yards and 2 TDs. The loss
prevented the Raiders from qualifying for the Group 3 playoffs.
St. Joseph 37, St. Augustine 0
Jack Corcoran scored twice and Mike Peteah threw a pair of TDs.
The win sets up the St. Joe game with Hammonton as a conference championship game again. It will be
the 14th straight season that one of them wins the CAL National.

Absegami 40, Millville 28
Ryan Goodman threw for 185 yards and 3 TDs, also scoring once
himself. Bill Sheppard ran for 111 yards and scored 3 times. Rich Forman gained 159 yards rushing
and scored 3 times.
Pleasantville 27, Bridgeton 7
Jason Little scored three touchdowns, two on passes from Dominique
Burrous, as the Greyhounds strengthened their bid for a spot in the Group 2 playoffs.
Holy Spirit 27, Buena 14
Sophomore Zack Luckett rushed for 180 yards and two long TDs as
Spirit surprised the Chiefs and stayed alive in the playoff picture.
Hammonton 41, Middle Township 0
Joe Hiltwine threw for 149 yards and two touchdowns while Steve
DeStefano scored twice. Middle turned the ball over five times.

Kamil Zaffa rushed for 192 yards and two TDs. Tarik Bryant also
scored twice. Tyler Warker scored with a fumble for Oakcrest.
Mainland 28, Ocean City 6
Dan Cappelluti threw for 250 yards and one TD as Mainland pulled
away in the second half after a 7-0 halftime lead.
St. Augustine 24, Lower Cape May 7
Devon Butler and Corey Jeffers combined for 174 yards and two
TDs.
Egg Harbor Township 35, Academy Park PA 0
Sophomore Pierre Reid ran for 133 yards and a school-record four
TDs. Joe Osvai threw for 146 yards and a TD.
Monday November 3
Delaware Valley 35, St. Joseph 32
St. Joe was on the Delaware Valley one yard line when the game
ended. Jack Corcoran rushed for 159 yards as four different players scored TDs, including a 94-yard
kickoff return by John Clements. The game was postponed from Saturday because of the death of St.
Joseph senior tackle Mark Bresani.
Friday October 24
Vineland 27, Egg Harbor Township 21
Alex Castillo connected twice with Darren Ford in the final seven
minutes to rally for the win and to remain undefeated. Castillo threw for 182 yards and 3 TDs, Ford scored
three times. Pierre Reed gained 115 yards for EHT.
Bridgeton 26, Middle Township 19
Romaine Williams ran 50 yards for a TD in the final 90 seconds of
the game to seal the win. Williams & James Pierce each scored twice. Middle QB Erich Wolf threw a pair
of touchdowns and scored another.
Buena 35, Pleasantville 26
Vince Brooks gained 131 yards & scored three times. Mike Santiago
scored twice and passed for 111 yards as Buena led, 29-0. Pleasantville's Jonathan Williams sparked
the comeback 148 yards and 2 TDs.
Delsea 7, Absegami 0
Ryan Goodman had 225 yards of total offense but Gami turned the
ball over twice inside the Delsea 10.
Ocean City 21, Academy Park PA 14
Chugger LaCasse caught 2 TDs as the Raiders ended their
first 3-game losing streak in four years. Dan Markman ran for 93 yards, a TD and a two-point conversion.

Mike Peteah set a new school record for career TD passes by
throwing two - one each to Jack Corcoran & John Clements.

Dan Cappelluti threw four TD passes and ran for another as
the Mustangs overcame a 13-0 Absegami lead. Juston Cottrell scored 3 TDs and John
Impagliazzo two. Cappelluti increased his career TD pass total to 27, breaking Jeff Boyd's school
record. Bill Sheppard scored twice for Gami.

Quarterback Joe Osvai scored the game-winning TD in the second
half or the second straight week.
Millville 32, Oakcrest 28
Brian Pfirman blocked a punt, recovered the loose ball and ran for
a TD in the final two minutes for the Thunderbolt win. Rich Forman scored twice for Millville, James Smalls
had a TD & TD pass for Oakcrest.
Buena 35, Bridgeton 28
Vince Brooks had 258 yards and four TDs for Buena. Rashan
Williams rushed for 140 yards and a TD for the Bulldogs.
Holy Spirit 48, Lower Cape May 20
Andrew Clayton ran for 251 yards and five TDs to pace the
Spartans.
Middle Township 13, St. Augustine 6
Middle's Davon Edwards ran 60 yards for a touchdown in the fourth
period to break a 6-6 tie.

St. Joseph 28, Pleasantville 6
The Greyhounds became the first team to score on St. Joe and
actually led, 6-0, after Jonathan Williams TD run. But the Wildcats scored 28 unanswered points for
the win.
Vineland 34, Ocean City 9
The Clan stopped OC at the two early in the fourth quarter to
protect a 14-9 lead, then scored 20 points in the game's final seven minutes to remain undefeated.
Darren Ford scored twice, Marcus Lee made three gigantic plays that covered 173 yards.

Atlantic City 26, Millville 19
LaQuay DuBose returned the kickoff 88 yards for a TD after
Millville tied it in 4th quarter. Rob Reynolds scored twice for AC, Kyle Gandy scored a TD and
threw another for Millville.
Egg Harbor Township 18, Ocean City 15
Joe Osvai scored game-winner with 2:58 left. Pierre Reed
scored twice for EHT, Jim Crowley twice for OC.

Justin Cottrell, John Impagliazzo and Hugh McLaughlin each
scored twice to spark the Mustangs' 14th straight win.
Vineland 21, Absegami 14
The Clan won the battle of the unbeatens as Darren Ford rushed
for 153 yards and all three touchdowns. Bill Sheppard scored both Gami TDs and gained 139 yards.
Vineland is now 5-0 for the first time since 1984 when it last qualified for the playoffs.
Buena 40, Middle Township 27
Vince Brooks scored three times for Buena, including 90-yard
kickoff return. Middle's Erich Wolf connected with Clayton Palmer for two TDs and Davon Edwards
scored twice, once on a 94-yard kickoff return.

Devils won their fourth straight.

The Panthers stopped Spirit on four plays inside the nine in the
final two minutes. Erich Wolf scored one TD and passed for another. Andrew Clayton had 153 yards and
2 TDs for the Spartans, who have lost 2 games by a combined 4 points.

Greyhounds stopped Spartans on the PV 3 in the final minute. Anthony Evans returned
a kickoff for a Pleasantville score. Tim Crilley threw for 99 yards for Spirit.
