The very first Youth on Stage performances happened on June 21-22-23 in 1993 on the Music Pier stage in Ocean City. The shows were emceed by Troy Dawkins, longtime member of The Young Entertainers and a graduate of Ocean City High School.  Troy Dawkins Guest performers included singer Brian Conover, a graduate of the Atlantic City Friends School and New York University and an original member of The Young Entertainers, and vocalist Deborah Jenkins, a graduate of Ocean City High School and Indiana University. The 1993 Youth on Stage Cast  Toni DiPietropolo, dancer from Haddon Township; Sara Teitelman, singer from Haddon Heights; Marshel Gifford, singer from Collingswood; and Patricia Lombardo, singer from Haddon Heights.  Beth Lang, singer from Mainland; Keith Lang, singer from Mainland; Caroline Ryan, singer from Absegami; and Theresa Catalano, singer from Oakcrest.
